Youth Academy FC Budućnost Podgorica started its work more than fifty years ago, more precisely in the year of 1963. Thanks to the serious work of its coaches, it has from the beginning, produced a large number of quality players who have demonstrated their knowledge and skills learned at FC Budućnost in the most important football stadiums across Europe and the world.

It is organized according to the age of the boys and girls who are its members. Therefore, we currently have selections:

U 11 (class of 2008. and younger)
U 12 (class of 2007)
U 13 (class 2006)
U 14 (class of 2005)
U 15 (class of 2004)
U 16 (class of 2003)
U 19-18 (class of 2001/02)

Coaches from Montenegro with diplomas and licenses issued by the FSCG (Montenegro Football Association), bearing the prefix of UEFA PRO, A or B licenses are working with all mambers of the Academy. Currently 16 trainers are hired to work with the youngest members of academy. This includes coaches who care about our goalkeepers as well as our players’ conditioning.

There is no charge for joining a youth school, this feature makes us unique in the country. Training sessions are conducted exclusively at our training camp at the Old Airport.
