The blue boys received two expected “reinforcements” today – our leaders Petar Grbić and Draško Božović returned from the semester for the UEFA B coaching license.
And one unexpected thing – the former captain, stopper of Zagreb’s Dinamo on loan in Varaždin, Stefan Milić came to the training to greet his former teammates, wishing them the defense of the title. Our champions promised him that they would call him if they reached the desired goal. The greeting was followed by – serious training. And it was obvious that our “new coaches” Grbić and Božović wanted balls and teammates.
“It was nice for us in the first semester, but I always miss working with the team. Both Drasko and I could hardly wait to run out on the field today when we came to the camp, “said 32-year-old Grbić, and his peer Božović continued.
“I missed training and the team. We are here now, we have time to prepare for the continuation of our championship. I hope for the continuation of the winning series “, said our master, aware that our Buducnost is in a series of four triumphs and that after eight rounds in the domestic elite it has one point and one game less than the leader Decic (Decic 16, Buducnost 15).
And in the first of the four semesters for the UEFA B license, organized by the Coach Education Center, which operates within the Football Association of Montenegro, it was – surprisingly interesting.
“I am really delighted, I saw that the school for coaches is at a high level, and Niko Raičković, Nikola Rakojević and Boris Ljutica, who are in charge of the school, have exceptional knowledge that they are trying to pass on to all candidates. After the end of my career, I plan to stay in football, my wish is to one day be the head of the professional staff of our club, so I started educating myself in time “, said Draško, and Petar did not hide his enthusiasm.
“It was top notch. The lectures were great, studious, everything was at a great level, and only now, when I started studying for a coach, I realized how much the coach has to take care of every little thing. I am overjoyed that I started learning on time. Raičković, Rakojević and Ljutica made a serious school, everything is arranged in the best way, I can’t wait for the next semester. “
Our captains hung out the most during the license, all the participants stuck together.
“There were about fifteen of us, most of them active players, but we also know who is not.” We stuck together, went to lectures, we drew together, we helped each other “, Grbić is clear.
Bozovic emphasizes the help of one man – our former striker and current coach of our youth team, Srdjan Radonjic.
“I think we presented ourselves in a good light, but we are aware that we still have a lot to learn so that one day we can lead seniors on our own. It helped us a lot that Srdjan Radonjic was one of the mentors and we had help from him in the form of advice in order to determine the tasks as easily as possible, “said our midfielder.
