New faces in the Youth School of FC Budućnost Podgorica – our club has agreed to cooperate with Petar Vukčević, Milan Đurišić, Ivan Mijušković and Sava Gardašević regarding engagement in the younger categories of the “blues”.

In the future, Vukčević will assist his namesake Marko Vukčević in the cadet selection, Đurišić will be an assistant to Balša Božović in the junior pioneers, Mijušković will be the “right hand” of Ivan Delic in the pioneer selection, while Gardašević was appointed as an assistant to Marko Pavićević in the cockerels.

Three of our four new coaches ended their football careers this summer (Mijušković hung up his football boots last year), and all four started at our youth school.

In addition to the first team of Budućnosti, the 35-year-old Vukčević also played for Grbalj, OFK Titograd, Petrovac, Jezero, the Thai Air Force and the Albanian Fljamurtari, and he was a member of all the junior national teams (first SCG, then Montenegro), including Mladá.

Peter’s peer, Milan Đurišić, had a similar development path – he went through all the junior selections of both our club and the national team – he was a member of our club twice, and he also played for OFK Titograd, Lovćen, Mogren, Iskra and Croatian Rijeka.

Thirty-four-year-old Mijušković played for Mornar, Petrovac, Dečić, Rudar, Bokelj and Grbalj after his youth internship at our club, and he arrives among the pioneers with some coaching experience, as he has already worked with children after finishing his career.

The youngest among the new “blue” coaches is 29-year-old Sava Gardašević – he ended his career this summer due to a serious injury, and he played for Mogren, Rudar, Zeta, Dečić, Mornar Kom, Farašgan from Bangladesh and Lapi from Kosovo.
