The derby of the 9th round of the Youth League of Montenegro was a real derby, and it belonged to the current champion – our Buducnost.
The youth of our team defeated Sutjeska at our camp with the result 2: 1, they stayed on the winning path, recording their seventh triumph with two draws. The “Blues” entered the game better with a clear desire to score three new points and took the lead in the 10th minute when Mladen Marstjepović’s cross shot was used by Vladimir Perišić. And at half time, they left with an excellent 2-0 goal by Balša Ćetković in the 42nd minute.
Our guys opened the second part with better quality, they had three great situations to lock the game, but the rival from Nikšić was lucky. And as it usually happens in football – a miss is followed by a penalty.
In the 73rd minute, Sutjeska managed to reduce the gap after our big mistake in the middle of the field, they tried to equalize, but our guys also had promising situations for 3: 1. In the end, 2: 1.
Coach Nemanja Kljajević and his assistants Marko Pavićević and Milivoje Grbović started the match with Filip Babović, Balša Ćetković, Vladimir Perišić, Damjan Dakić, Balša Barović, Jovan Dašić, Damjan Mugoša, Đordje Pešukić, Mladen Marstjepović, Nikola Vuković and Medo Juković, while Stefan Vulanović (from 57th instead of Mugoša), Bogdan Čelebić (from 67th instead of Juković) and Kastriot Ljuljđuraj (from 78th instead of Ćetković) got a chance in the continuation.
