Representative activities are in the foreground, and we received as many as 26 invitations for various selections of Montenegro – from pioneer, through cadet and youth to youth and A.
We are extremely proud of that, and at the same time it is proof that coaches do a great job in our club.
Pioneers Stefan Nenezic, Bodin Tomasevic, Lazar Maras, Stefan Djukanovic, Marko Perovic, Vasilije Adzic and Andrej Camaj are at the camp in Kolasin, cadets Filip Domazetovic, Djordje Pesukic, Damjan Dakic, Risto Pejovic, Luka Zivkovic, Aleksa Cetkovic, Balsa Barovic, Viktor Djukanovic, Vladimir Perisic and Mitar Globarevic played two matches against Bosnia and Herzegovina, juniors Petar Vukovic, Bogdan Obradovic and Jovan Dasic are preparing for matches with BiH, Vasilije Terzic and Bogdan Milic are in the youth team, and Milos Dragojevic, Milos Raickovic and Igor Ivanovic is still with the A national team, with which Vladan Adzic was also.
And our blue guys were not only on the list, but they left a mark in the national team jersey – Adžić made his debut against Latvia, Raičković also played against Azerbaijan after his debut in that match, and Ivanović scored on his 1: 1 debut against Latvia and victory over the Azeris (2: 0), Terzic was the best on the field in the defeat against Israel (2: 1) until the substitution, while Milic is still waiting for a chance.
However, the club is especially proud of the kids. In two friendly matches against BiH, the cadet team recorded a 2: 1 defeat and a 3: 1 victory, and all four players were scored by our boys – Perišić was the scorer in the defeat, and Barović, Đukanović and Globarević in the triumph.
“A large number of national team members in the younger categories is a big thing for the youth school. It is a proof that we work with quality, but it also gives us an incentive for the future “, said the coordinator of the youth school of our club, Nikola Vukčević.
“It is certain that we will continue with even more thorough work in order to increase the number of national team members, because there are many talented children in our school.”
