After a year spent in a football institution, which Budućnost certainly is, I am informing the public that I am resigning from the position of president of FK Budućnost AD Podgorica, as well as from the position of a member of the club’s Supervisory Board.
The time spent in our largest club with a working community was a new experience for me and I did my best to contribute to the best functioning of the club.
We all have a partially successful season behind us as far as results are concerned, because Buducnost’s obligation is the double crown, but it is definitely the most successful in the form of the biggest transfer in the history of Montenegrin sports. In addition, I contributed to the creation of project documentation and provided funds for its construction, so that our Camp would improve and be as high quality as possible for the first team, but also for the further development of talented Podgorica and Montenegrin children.
As a person, I have always tried to improve myself both on a private and corporate level, and I applied the same technique to FC Budućnost. Being only a part of the blue and white, and not the president, was an honor, privilege and obligation for me as a native of Podgorica. It was more than work…
Together we worked on the promotion and development of the club, “turned” the awareness of the greats towards our club and city, restored the old glory to the Youth School, provided the blue boys to participate in prestigious international tournaments, where the Future was properly represented , Podgorica and Montenegro with behavior, game and great results.
On leaving, I am leaving behind an organized work organization, which is set on solid foundations, transparency in work and openness to all subjects.
I am leaving the position of president, but I remain a fan in the hope that our Buducnost will first make a European breakthrough in the coming season, and then win the double crown.
Thank you!
And good luck!
Sincerely,
Balša Pejović
