The pioneers of Vladan Savić won 28 points in 11 games (two less than the second-placed Kom, four of the leaders of OFK Titograd), tied nine triumphs in a row, and ended the fall with a game less than their rivals.
However, at that age, the result is the least important – more than anything, the pioneers – just like all the students of our youth school – come to the FC Buducnost Training Camp with a smile.
“Analyzing the first part of the season, I can say that I am very pleased with the progress of several boys, which is the point,” said the 42-year-old coach, who is assisted by assistant Balsa Bogicevic and fitness coach Ivan Bozovic and goalkeeper coach Sasa Zivaljevic.
“That competitive part is not important, but I can be satisfied. After a bad start with a draw and a defeat in the first two rounds, we recorded nine victories in the remaining matches, which certainly speaks to the quality of the kids. At the same time, we have another match, which was interrupted with a score of 2: 0 in our favor twenty minutes before the end due to bad weather, and which will be continued. In general, we end that game right behind the leader, and in addition, we placed among the four best teams in the Cup, so we have a good half-season behind us. ”
Savić played as a player in our club, and he gained fame as a football player in Kecskemét, Hungary, where he is a local legend. And he knows well what the Future is for 14-year-old boys…
“We can talk about good and bad things, but what makes me especially happy and what satisfies me is the fact that children are aware of what kind of club they are in and how important it is to leave a positive impression. , they understand the way of working and how much they have to be disciplined, educated, regular in trainings and maximally dedicated in order to progress in every segment “.
The Blue Pioneers have a goal difference of 75: 5 after 11 games, they scored two more goals in the unfinished match with the Old Airport, while they reached the semifinals of the Cup with 2-0 triumphs over Adria and a 3-0 official victory over the Brotherhood. they won the championship with 25: 0.
“This generation, like the others in our school, is efficient and high-quality in defense, it is among the best in both segments within its competition. Since we are so efficient, we also have the best scorer in the finished half-season “, says Savić.

“For us coaches in the younger selections, the most important thing is the health of the boys. That is why, together with my colleagues Bogićević and Božović, I am trying to develop them properly through adequate types of training, and in addition to training them technically and thus completing them for some bigger goals. These goals await them in our older generations, and after that they must be especially ready for the first team. That is why the result is not our priority. ”
The pioneers will certainly not be far from the title in the spring because they will be at the top, but Savić and his professional staff do not pay attention to that, and working with kids fulfills him…
“The best thing in all this is working with children. Sometimes a coach has to adjust to their age in order to achieve communication, but it’s all nice. I think that, in addition to great responsibility, it is nice to work with children “, Vladan Savić is clear.
