The current selector of the pioneer national team of Montenegro, Goran Perišić, is a legend of the Budućnost, a long-time captain and a favorite of the fans, and “little Perry” is growing in our youth school.

The talented Vladimir Perišić is 16 years old, he plays as a striker, unlike his father, who once commanded the defense, he is a member of the cadet selection of our team, but he also plays for the youth. Of course, he is also a member of the Montenegrin national team.

He is currently preparing for the junior youth team, and last weekend he proved all his talent – on Saturday in the cadets’ victory over Jezera (3: 2) he scored two goals on the side, and on Sunday in the youth draw with Iskra (3: 3) at the house added two more executions.

“It’s a nice feeling when you score a goal for any age and against any opponent. However, those debut goals that I scored in my first appearance for the youth, who in the end brought us the desired result, have a special charm “, said Perišić.

The talented center forward entered the game for the youth in the 55th minute with the result 0: 3 for Danilovgrad, started the team with a goal for 1: 3 in 61, and then set the final score in the 76th minute from the penalty spot. Another talented cadet, Viktor Đukanović, scored the goal for 2: 3.

“It is a big difference to play for the older team, but I am sure that by playing for the youth team, I will progress faster and thus open the way to the senior team,” said the first scorer of the Cadet League with 21 goals.

Both our cadets and juniors are in second place before the last round of the autumn part of the season, but no one is thinking or watching the position on the table.

“The essence of working in the younger categories is the progress of all players and making football players for the senior team, so Buducnost has chosen the right path, and that is that we do not have the pressure to make results in the younger categories.”

“Little Perry” has no additional pressure because he is the son of a club legend.

“Dad is what he is, but I am convinced that one day I will surpass him. Honestly, I don’t feel pressure because I’m his son, but it’s a motive for me to work even harder and advance in my career. I hope that one day I will continue my father’s path by playing for the first team of Buducnost and winning trophies. “

The youth school is the future of the Budućnost, and our kids are receiving support from literally all sides.

“Just attending the matches of the most responsible people in the club is an additional motivation for us to do our best, and that proved to be a great move by the club’s management. Absolutely we all feel that everyone in the club is a great support in everything we do “, said Perišić, who has his idol – a member of the Montenegrin national team who also went through our school, played for the first team and was the captain.

“It’s definitely Stefan Mugosa.”
