The champions of Montenegro in the second round of qualifications for the UEFA Europa League will play with Astana, it was decided at today’s draw in Nyon. It was decided that the “blues” will be guests in the match scheduled for September 17 in Nursultan, the capital of Kazakhstan.
The head of the expert staff, Mladen Milinković, after learning about the future opponent, shared his impressions and expectations in an interview for the Television of Montenegro:
“We can only hope that we will make a good result against Astana because we did not play badly against Ludogorets, but in Europe, according to the new system and one game, it is important that you make a result. Astana was eliminated in the 1st round, relatively from the opponent who was not the favorite, Dinamo Brest. It was a game with a lot of goals. I know a lot of information about Astana, I have been following it for a long time, because a lot of my players played in Astana and a lot of foreigners from our area. I think we will analyze them well, that we will have enough information about them. What is an aggravating circumstance is that long way to Kazakhstan and the surface on which it is played. Astana plays on a synthetic surface and it will certainly be an advantage for them because they are better on that field. “
If they manage to eliminate Astana in the second round of qualifications for the Europa League, the football players of Buducnost will play against Sarajevo in the next round.
