Budućnost dominantly placed themselves in the semi-finals of the Montenegrin Cup after beating Jedinstvo from Bijelo Polje in a rematch with a score of 7:0, thus taking another step towards the defense of the trophy. Mladen Milinković’s team did not give their guests even a slightet hope to change something at Gradski stadium in Podgorica. With this kind of game, they announced the direction in which the new Budućnost is heading with a new coach at the helm.
It was a total domination of the players in blue and white in all segments of the game. From the first minute our players started with a high pressing, the ball was constantly in our possession and it was immediately evident that it was a matter of time before goalkeeper Džafić would capitulate.
The match was decided in the period from 17th to 40th minute when five goals were seen. Ivanović , who from the start gave a headache to opponents defense, scored hat-trick. By the end of the first half, two more goals were seen – Zarubica justified the opportunity given by coach Milinković and scored for 3-0 in the 26th minute while Božović set the final score of the first half in the 40th minute.
Continioous dominance resulted with new goals. Božović scored for the second time, while the final result was set by Damjanović in the 79th minute.
