The mission “Spring 2022” has started – the head of the professional staff, Aleksandar Nedović, performed a “roll call” at our training camp and the blue champions immediately started working – both in the gym and on the field. The medical examinations were completed in the previous period, so that the professional staff started to implement their ideas from the first working day.
“Honestly, we all wanted to work. I think that the break was long enough, it was felt that the enthusiasm and will from the first training were at the right level and that makes me happy “, said Nedović.
Our Buducnost will do the complete preparation period in Podgorica, and by the beginning of the second part of the season – which is scheduled for February 17 – they will play six friendly matches.
“During the main part of the preparations, from January 24 to February 6, we will be accommodated in the Ramada Hotel in order to get even closer and get to know each other, and create a working atmosphere so that we would be real from the first round. Of course, there will be exceptions when it comes to leaving Podgorica, because we will play some matches with opponents in the region, specifically with Leotar. ”
The greatest wish of the former ten “blues” is for the first team players to be – healthy!
“I wished them that at the meeting even before the holiday congratulations. Health is the most important thing, because we know what happened to us in the first part of the season due to injuries, and plus the epidemiological situation in the country is complex. That is why we did not start complete, but one player will appear in two days, and the other in five, so we will soon start as a complete team “, Nedović is clear.
So, in the first training session, two players were missing due to the corona virus, while the new – old people are returnees from loans: young men Petar Vuković, Mitar Globarević and Sava Milić.
“We did not close the roster and it is certain that there will be departures. We will try to find adequate clubs for some younger players and we will make sure that they go to environments where they train well. “These guys made a move during the fall, they showed certain things, but we may not be in a situation to give them all the minutes they deserve, because of the points gap,” said the 43-year-old strategist, who commented on the arrivals…
“We expect the arrival of three or four players, but we all know that it is not easy to bring a player to the Future. It is not about the number, but it is necessary for the Buducnost to have a certain quality and technical knowledge. We have four A national team members, two youngsters, six youths … We will not endanger their status, but that player must fight against all the reputation that first-teamers carry in our locker room. ”
One thing is clear – our team will not make hasty decisions in the winter transfer window …
“We will refresh the locker room, but we will not rush, so as not to mislead ourselves or these new players. Many players are offered to us, so we will choose carefully. There were situations where we reacted, but we could not match the financial or the demands of those players. However, I repeat again: with so many national team players, it is not easy to bring a player to Buducnost, especially not for the money that is lower in Montenegro compared to Europe. ”
Our Buducnost enters the spring with a deficit of one point in relation to Decic, with “minus nine” in relation to the leader Sutjeska, but also as a semifinalist of the Cup. Everyone at the club believes that the title is not unattainable.
“Any difference or anything that happens, the inevitability of the Future is to chase the difference. During the fall, we were quite wounded and it remains a pity for that last round when we were able to put more pressure and be at “minus six”. However, we have two more derbies with Sutjeska, 17 rounds, the semifinals of the Cup … If we are healthy, even in this team without reinforcements, we are able to be in the game on both fronts until the end.
