The little Balkan beauty in the form of our Montenegro, and especially the most beautiful city of Podgorica, has great people all over the planet – one of them is Filip Radenović.
The 31-year-old from Podgorica, who grew up and studied in the blue-and-white city, is a “senior” in the globally strong and popular company “Facebook” (now the company is called Meta) in charge of a scientist-researcher in the field of artificial intelligence.
Radenović grew up in Block 6, attended the Elementary School “Štampar Makarije”, then the Gymnasium “Slobodan Škerović”, as one of the few with an average grade of 10 he completed basic and master studies at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, to earn a doctorate in artificial intelligence at the Czech Technical University in Prague.
Two and a half years ago, with his expertise and knowledge, he got the dream job in California, and our club – to which he has been attached since childhood – “stole” some time from him and hosted him on the club’s premises while still in Podgorica.
“I am glad that my club remembered to host me, for me it is a nice gesture,” said Radenović during the meeting with the executive director Nikola Prentić and the marketing director Novak Novaković.
“I am a child of Podgorica and I have always been attached to Buducnost, not to any other club. I watched the matches regularly, of course from the stadium under Gorica. When I was younger, there was an active fan group “Blokaida” within “Varvara” of which I was a member, so I have great memories from our stadium – both from the last two seasons of the joint league of Serbia and Montenegro, and even joining that elite from the Second League, as well as from the beginning of our league”, Radenović returned the film back, and then added.
“Normally, my obligations today do not allow me to watch matches regularly, but I get information via the Internet, sometimes I score goals, I saw that the atmosphere in the derby against Sutjeska was amazing. I am glad that Buducnost has started to develop in terms of social networks, and I sincerely hope that we will defend the title despite the points gap”.
We parted with Filip with the agreement to see each other again and we wished him a lot of happiness and health, because he has the knowledge – which is the greatest authority.
