Mission
The mission of FC Budućnost Podgorica is to build a stable, professional and successful football club that will be the basis for the development of football in Montenegro. At the same time, as the initiators and leaders of football life in the country, we find our energy and strength in all those who have “blue-white” color in their hearts, who contribute to the development of the club, and who together with the club form a whole. The club will always strive to respect the tradition, culture and history of this region – Montenegro and Podgorica, which are without doubt an integral part of our identity. We will strive to incorporate the positive energy of our most loyal fans, our fellow citizens, residents of Montenegro and all supporters of the Budućnost , wherever they are in the world, into the foundation of our business.
Racism, racial, religious and national intolerance cannot and will not exist in our club. The club is open to all those who want to benefit to the club, who want Budućnost to be the leader of Montenegrin football.
Vision
The vision of the football club Budućnost Podgorica is to be the best football and sports collective in Montenegro, the ambassador of Montenegrin sport. A recognizable brand not only on the domestic but also on the international scene.
