Our club welcomed the end of 2019. with a nice festive mood. Those who are most important, football players and coaches, have ensured that the successful half-season is rounded up in the right way.

Let’s start in a row.

Let us list the events in order.

In the hotel “Hilton”,  The Football Association of Montenegro has traditionally organized the awards for the most successful football players in 2019. year.  Our football player Draško Božović was selected as the second-best player in that season by the captains of 10 first-team clubs as well as the coaches of the first team (heads of the professional staff). Draško has a great year behind him and we believe he will complete it in May 2020 with a title.

The FSCG Youth Football Commission also selected the most talented young players under the age of 19. Two of our players were awarded in three categories of laureates.

Our captain Stefan Milić was selected as one of the best players born in 2000. The award also went to our Milan Vukotić, who acts as a borrowed player at FK Iskra. Vukotić was the best in the choice of players born in 2002.

Also, today at our FSCG premises, in the frame of the Club Association Centar, our members of the youth school were awarded.

Our coordinator and coach Srdjan Radonjić has been selected as the best coach voted by players born in 2004.

Our future aces were also awarded. Vladimir Perišić (2004), Denis Ljuljanović (2005) and Bojan Prelević (2006) were named best of their age.

Budućnost has something to be proud of this year!

Božovic: This is for Miljan and Marko.

Draško Božović is playing the best season of his career. His contribution this past half-season is immeasurable. He showed that he is a man who has “something” bigger and more important than “chasing” three points, trophies, …

Addressing attendees at the Crystal Room of the Hilton Hotel, he received, but also deserved, the highest applause for the emotional message at the end of his speech.

“We all know that a tragedy struck us at the end of this year, so I would like to dedicate this award to our Marko and Miljan,” Božović said.

Miljan Bobičić and Marko Lazarević were members of our most loyal fan group – “Varvari”. They were tragically killed in a car accident while going to the Grbalj-Budućnost match, the last one in 2019th season.
